Barbora Dzuráková

After my graduation from Trier University of Applied Sciences in Germany at Gemstone and Jewellery Department  in 2012 I started to work as an assistant of Estela Saez in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

In 2015 (after almost 3 years working as studio assistant) I started to make jewellery in my studio in Steenenkamer ( Netherlands) where I live.

Since 2017 I work full-time in a biological greenhouse in the area. It’s a precise work and because I grew up in a family with a vegetable garden of 1100 m2- it seems something very natural to do. I enjoy working with plants.

I make jewellery after my daily work is finished and at the weekend. I use mostly sterling silver – and gold on a request. Simplicity of changes in nature inspires me. I believe any form can be beautiful.

I like to think that every woman who wear my jewellery believe in an artisanal craftsmanship and its dignity.
